Very rare 4 door LHD Defender 110 Soft top

LHD Land Rover Defender 110 produced in 1993 with 200tdi engine, in very special Blue-Grey colour.

Defender went through full frame off bolt and nut restoration in professional LR Defender workshop "Pelkinis".

Chassis and Suspension:

Chassis, axles and suspension parts - fully stripped, sandblasted and powder-coated by applying two layers of paint. Vin number was preserved (masked with special tape) during this process to make sure it is visible.

Axles assembled with new seals, bearings, wheel hubs, mud shields and bolts

Suspension fully redone with new polybushes and bolts

New fuel tank with fuel lock fitted

Full new exhaust fitted with mounts

New Terrafirma shock absorbers fitted

Body:

Body fully stripped, sandblasted rusty areas and professionally repainted.

Fitted all new side doors and new rear halfdoor.

Front Wing sides changed to new

New door hinges and mirrors

Mirror heads and headlights surrounds painted body color

Heavy duty soft top cage fitted

Soft top hood with side windows custom made from high quality fabric - Mohair. Outside is beige color and inside is black.

5pcs Sawtooth R16 black exceptional wheels with tyres fitted.

Doors, hinges, floors, wings and whole body assembled using high quality stainless steel bolts.

Spare wheel carrier fitted to make sure no rattling comes overtime from spare wheel.

All lights are converted to high quality LHD certified LED.

Custom front grill fitted

Wiring fully dismantled, checked, fixed and mounted back using new light, wiper and other switches

Wiper mechanisms fully serviced by putting new wiper motor with wiper center shafts and legs

Heritage style rear mudflaps fitted

Brakes:

New brake lines professionally routed along with brake hoses and all fittings

High quality brand new brake callipers fitted with new bolts all 4 brake discs

New brake master cylinder with vacuum reservoir and new vacuum pipe fitted

Engine, Gearbox, Transferbox:

200tdi engine fully refurbished - compression testing done, turbocharger rebuild, new timing belt kit fitted and also new seals everywhere to avoid leaks. Valve clearance adjusted.

Fitted new alternator and starter as well as alternator belt with tensioner. Air filter housing, all pulleys and other fittings powder-coated.

Also fitted a new Intercooler, radiator and waterpump to make sure cooling is perfect.

LT230 Transferbox fully stripped and reassembled with new seals, o rings and gaskets to make sure there is no leaks

Gearbox tested, cleaned and painted, new clutch kit fitted.

Steering:

Steering box fully refurbished with new seals by a specialised shop.

Heavy Duty galvanised steering rods fitted with new steering dumper

Interior:

Dash fully stripped, wrapped with high quality leatherette, re-installed with new metal dash mount, center console.

Dash top, sides also covered in matching fabric

Raised cubby box installed to give comfort during ride

Front seats rewrapped in high quality leatherette and Alcantara leather using new foams.

New rear bench seats done in matching color and design

All 5 door cards trimmed with leatherette to give outstanding look

Steering wheel wrapped in black leather using matching stitches

Portable Marshall speaker installed in cubby box with USB charging socket. You can use it while driving or take it with you.
